Our Sustainability Audit is a simple, confidential tool, designed to help measure and manage your company’s impact on people and the planet. It assesses the impact of both day-to-day operations and your business model – both what you do and how you do it. The audit establishes a sustainability performance baseline and provides a series of recommendations which can help you in setting goals and creating an action plan in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
How it works
The audit is categorised into three distinct impact areas:
- Environmental – evaluates your environmental management practices as well as your impact on air, climate, water, land and biodiversity.
- Social – considers how you invest in your workers, engage with your customers and support the local community.
- Governance – assesses your overall mission, engagement around social/ environmental issues, ethics and transparency.
We will prepare an audit report which details your current good practice and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals you are already impacting. The report will detail personalised strategic and practical actions that you can adopt to improve your sustainable practices over time. Potential implementation costs will be outlined, although some actions will result in longer-term cost savings. In this way, the report can be used as a framework to plan your route to improved sustainability over time.
