All Party Group on Climate Action Meeting

EVENT OVERVIEW

The purpose of the All Party Group on Climate Action is to provide a forum for discussion between politicians, NGOs, business leaders and academics, to drive progress on climate action and sustainable development in Northern Ireland.

In this meeting there will be an update on implementation of the Climate Change Act 2022 by the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs. A presentation on Rethinking Our Resources Consultation by Nicola Carruthers, Keep Recycling Local. As well as discussion on A Just Transition in Northern Ireland
by Natalie Merrick, QUB, & Kieran Harrahill, Think tank for Action on Social Change.
