Response to the Energy "One Stop Shop" Implementation Plan

The Department for the Economy (DfE) launched in October 2022 a public consultation on the development of an Energy “One-Stop Shop” (OSS). The One Stop Shop will work with partners to consolidate advice, guidance and support in energy-related matters in an effort to simplify the energy decarbonisation journey for consumers, whether they need impartial advice on what to do and how to do it or protection along the decarbonisation journey. The commitment to developing this service was included in the Path to Net Zero Energy Strategy, launched by the Minister in December 2021 and formed part of the Energy Strategy Action Plan for 2022.
